The brief was a 179sqm low-budget, but boutique, office fitout in Subiaco.

Being a global financial services office, the emphasis was on understated contemporary elegance. But design is not just about colour and mood. Space and how it is best used is a major factor. Habitat 1’s design team’s ability to space plan an unusual base floor plate and maximise the number of occupants within the tenancy was critical to the overall success of this project and to the ultimate goal of client satisfaction.
