Lynn & Brown Lawyers have been providing families and businesses with comprehensive legal advice since 1995. The rapidly expanding firm had outgrown their current offices and approached Habitat 1 for the design and fitout of their new 450m² premises in Morley WA.
The brief was for a sleek and sophisticated office befitting a modern law firm with particular focus on putting clients first but not forgetting staff either. With this in mind, a dedicated coffee lounge gives staff the opportunity to relax and unwind in casual yet stylish environment which can be opened up to create a large entertaining space for functions or training.
The use of timber and striking black and white create a timeless feel and enhance the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The company’s corporate colours have been subtly weaved into the design through dynamic graphics and feature carpet inlays bringing energy and freshness while feature panels and creative joinery give the space a unique edge.
