The Publican Group is synonymous with creating ‘much loved’ bars and restaurants around Australia. Adding another string to their bow, they approached Habitat1 to design and build a new restaurant/bar on Adelaide Terrace, Perth. This new venture is called the ‘Public House’.
A South American inspired venue which draws on influences from Brazil, Argentina and Chile. The combination of rustic, natural materials with quirky accessories gives the Public House a warm and captivating style. From the moment you step in off the terrace and greeted by Spike the reindeer, right the way through to Little Miss Riding Hood showing us she is ‘not so innocent’, the Public House makes a point of not being too serious. It is a place to relax, share with friends and taste some fantastic Ceviche. Habitat1’s brief was to portray a ‘refined rustic elegance’.
Now the hard work is done, it’s time to sit back and enjoy… Caprioska anyone?
